The popular musician, Augustine Miles Kelechi, also known as Tekno, is a producer, song writer and a singer, and producer. Born on December 17, 1990, in Bauchi State, Nigeria, Tekno hails from the Ivo Local Government Area in Ebonyi State.

Raised in a family of six children—five boys and one girl—he spent his formative years in various parts of Nigeria, including Nassarawa, Kaduna, and Abuja, due to his father’s service in the Nigerian Army.

At his tender a age, Tekno indicate his interest to venture into music. At the age of 8, he was enrolled in a music school where he learned to play the piano and guitar, laying the foundation for his future musical career. He is also the elder brother of another Nigerian artist known as Spotless.

Tekno’s musical journey took a significant turn when he performed a remix of Ice Prince’s “Oleku,” titled “Onye Ne Kwu,” at an event in Abuja.
